You need daily reminders of grace, forgiveness, and the gospel.
In short, you need to be reminded of who you are every day. The act of corporate confession of sin, hearing the words of assurance and pardon, returning thanks, calling out to God for our churches, community, and the world, and hearing God’s word, His blessing, and being sent into the world in His peace — all of these are daily reminders, insisting that we are the children of God. In spite of our sin, in spite of our weakness, in spite of all the challenges that we face, we are called to fix our eyes on Jesus, repent of sin, love one another, and charge into life with the gusto of the Spirit.
You need that every day. You need that every morning. You need to be reminded of the gospel so that you can take up the full of armor of God and inflict some more damage on the kingdom of darkness.

Rev. Sumpter,
Will you make the liturgy for these morning prayer services available on-line? I would love to see how the services are structured.
