Howdy, my name is Toby Sumpter, and you’ve stumbled on to my blog.
I live in Moscow, Idaho, up in the smoke stack part of the state. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and there are pictures to prove it. We have raised four of the small natives. And our days for many years were filled with walks, princesses, baseball, dresses, lacrosse, dates, coffee, and antics of all sorts. We now have two grown children, and two nearing adulthood. We have graduated to lively debates around the dinner table, sushi feasts, and P.G. Wodehouse readings.
I serve as the Senior Minister of King’s Cross Church, pro tem elder for Christ Church, a board member of New St. Andrews College, and an instructor at Logos School.
The name of my blog comes from G.K. Chesterton’s fabulous short novel, Manalive, which you should definitely read.
